Warranty Period

We provide a specific warranty period for your purchased ISS-I hard disk drives. Please see our warranty stickers attached to your ISS-I hard disk drive to check the applicable warranty date for your purchased item. You can also go to Warranty Validation to verify whether your hard disk drive is still covered by our warranty service. ISS-I Limited Warranty
Our limited warranty covers any defects in the material or workmanship of all hard disk drives purchased from ISS-I. Our limited warranty does not cover (i) any physical defects or deformities caused by neglect, abuse, or Acts of God; (ii) misuse or malfunctions caused by other equipment; (iii) still sealed and unused ISS-I drives; and (iv) the customer changing their mind. This limited warranty is void if a hard disk drive is returned with removed, damaged, or tampered labels or any alterations. We guarantee outright replacement for all customers covered by this limited warranty.
